Warehouse: Inventory & Biz
Alex Shekunsky
Running a small shop, an online store, a home workshop, a small warehouse, or selling on Instagram and marketplaces? "Warehouse" keeps stock, sales, clients and money organized in one app on iPhone and iPad — even without internet. This isn't just a "warehouse app" — it's a complete small business toolkit: from the first delivery of goods to your profit for any period you choose. Main sections of the app: • WAREHOUSES — unlimited warehouses, a quick summary for each, instant switching of the active warehouse. • GOODS — product catalog with groups, receipts/write-offs, returns from clients, full movement history and live stock for every item. Add items to an invoice by scanning a barcode with your iPhone/iPad camera. • CLIENTS — client directory, order and return history, movement by client, and a list of debtors with reminders. • SUPPLIERS — supplier directory and a list of deliveries for any period. • MONEY — expenses, income and profit for any period, plus tracking of extra costs like logistics. • ANALYTICS — sales dynamics charts and Top-10 best-selling products and clients. • NOTES / TASKS — quick reminders and to-dos with completion tracking. • SETTINGS — date format, app-lock passcode, debtor notifications, light/dark theme. WHY "WAREHOUSE" • Works fully offline — internet is only needed to sync. • Your data lives in your own private iCloud — the developer never sees it. • Team collaboration: invite an employee or partner with a different Apple ID. • No monthly subscription. • Import/export products via Excel and CSV, export invoices as PDF. Send feedback and suggestions right from the app or to shekunsky@gmail.com.
