Intervals Timer
ILIOS Incorporated
Intervals is a timer for interval training. It allows timers with many different intervals grouped in sets. All sets can be repeated and an alert for each interval can be played at the start and at the end. Every timer can have a countdown and each interval can have a final countdown.
