The Precision Boxing Coach is your guide to high level boxing training. Just like having your own boxing coach calling out techniques and combinations. It delivers intense and practical boxing sequences to execute in shadowboxing, on the focus mitts, or on the heavy bag. You can also utilize the Combo Creator which allows you to create your own combos in multiple combat arts. Or use the Virtual Padwork mode to work with me on 27 different combos. Techniques include offense, body shots, defense and head movement. Choose from low to high combination modes and set the pace for steady punching or high volume output. Set the number of rounds, the round length and rest to your desired setting. Once the bell goes it's time to put in work.
