Kandilj: Bosnian Prayer Times
Albara Hassan
Kandilj is a Bosnian vaktija that calls you: accurate prayer times for your town, the ezan on time and a live sky above your mahala. Free, with no ads and no tracking. PRAYER TIMES • 118 places in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sandžak and Montenegro, with the Hijri date for every day. • Outside Bosnia: calculated times (Fajr 18°, Isha 16°) that you can adjust to your džemat by the minute. • Your town's sky, live: the sun, moon and stars exactly where they are, above Baščaršija, the Old Bridge or your mahala. EZAN AND ALARMS • For every vakat: the ezan, a tone or a quiet notification; a reminder before the vakat and before it ends. • Sabah and sehur alarms that ring even when the phone is silenced. COUNTDOWN • Pin the countdown to the next prayer in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen. WIDGETS • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, StandBy and Controls. QIBLA • A compass with a precise bearing and a magnet warning, the Kibla-sat (when the sun stands in the direction of the Kaaba) and a map. RAMAZAN • The imsakija for the whole month (sehur, iftar, teravija), a sehur alarm, the iftar countdown, a fasting log and mukabela. • Share the imsakija as an image or print it on A4. CALENDAR • Hijri dates, holy nights, bajrams and a printable monthly vaktija. Greeting cards for bajram, Ramazan and holy nights. MY PRAYERS (optional) • A quiet log of the prayers you have prayed, on your device only. No streaks, no pressure. PRIVACY • Data Not Collected. No accounts, ads or analytics. Location is optional and stays on your device. SUPPORT Every feature is free, forever. If you like, you can buy the developer a coffee or become a supporter (monthly, yearly or lifetime) for new illustrated themes through the year. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
