Text recognition from medicine photos runs on your device; review the extracted text before saving. START WITH THREE MEDICINES FOR FREE Track up to three active medicines with reminders, dose records, stock tracking and basic reports. Archived medicines do not count toward the limit. PILLRA PLUS Choose a monthly or annual subscription for unlimited active medicines, advanced schedules, appointment packets with questions and notes, and a refill checklist through to collection. A refill checklist does not send an order to a pharmacy. If Plus ends, your saved records and existing reminders remain available. YOUR JOURNAL, YOUR CHOICE The core journal works offline without a Pillra account. Pillra does not use advertising or analytics SDKs. You choose when to export a report or backup. Optional iCloud backup and caregiver sharing use your Apple account and are described in the privacy policy. Pillra records a plan you provide; it does not choose doses, check drug interactions or provide diagnosis or treatment advice. Follow your healthcare professional's instructions. Notification delivery depends on device permissions, Focus and system settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
