GymWatch-Fitness Watch Face
文龙 陶
GymWatch brings your training plan, daily goals, activity data, and favorite sports together across iPhone and Apple Watch. Make your watch face feel like your own. PLAN YOUR WEEK Choose chest, back, shoulders, legs, cardio, or rest for each day. Review this week and plan the next. FOLLOW YOUR GOALS Choose a fitness mode and set active-energy and step goals. Track your progress on iPhone and Apple Watch. MAKE SPACE FOR YOUR SPORTS Choose from nine ball sports and nine other activities, including running, cycling, swimming, MMA, snowboarding, hiking, and more. Each sport has a distinctive visual design. Add sport-inspired circular and rectangular complications to supported Apple Watch faces, including 12-hour time rings and health scoreboards. SEE HEALTH AT A GLANCE With your permission, GymWatch reads Apple Health data to show today's active energy, steps, and time in daylight; your latest sleep duration; and recent workout duration and average heart rate. Sport health scoreboards bring four health metrics together on your watch face. Dedicated activity and sleep arcs offer another way to follow your day. EXPLORE YOUR TRAINING See 28-day Training Footprints, body-part energy insights based on your plan and recorded workouts, training statistics, and weekly activity. Explore nine fitness personas and customize your watch face with goals, plans, activity, and sports. Available data depends on your device, Health permissions, and recorded activity. Favorite sports are chosen manually. Body-part insights follow your plan and recorded workouts; GymWatch does not automatically identify which muscles you exercised. Watch face complications require supported Apple Watch faces; refresh timing is managed by watchOS.
