Cotiza DTF

Cotiza DTF is the pricing calculator built for DTF print shops and custom apparel businesses. Enter the design size and quantity, and the app tells you how much film you use, what it costs you and what to charge. PRICE WITH YOUR OWN NUMBERS • Enter your DTF size and cost (for example 22 × 12 in) and your selling price or markup. • Several sizes in one job: chest, sleeve and label, each with its own quantity. • Automatic nesting across your roll width, rotating designs when it saves film. • Waste, labor per print and price rounding. • Quantity discounts for each product. GANG SHEETS • Put several designs on the roll, each with its own size and copies. • See how much film you use, how much of it is covered and the price of the whole sheet. • Add each design's image and check whether its resolution is good enough to print. • With Pro, export the sheet as a print-ready PDF. SHIRTS AND GARMENTS • Your own garment catalog with costs: crew neck, V-neck, hoodies and anything you add. • Several prints per garment: front, back, sleeves, chest and neck label, each with its own size. • Sizes S to 3XL, with an extra charge for plus sizes. • Your own garment colors and a preview of the design on the shirt. QUOTES THAT LOOK PROFESSIONAL • PDF with your logo, contact details, validity and deposit. • Tax under the name you use (Sales Tax, VAT, GST…), added on top or already included in your prices. • The total in a second currency too, at your own exchange rate. • Send it by WhatsApp, email or any app, or send a message with the summary in a friendly, formal or brief tone. • Search and filter by status: draft, sent, accepted and paid. • Duplicate quotes and add several jobs to one quote. GET PAID AND KEEP TRACK • Record the deposit, payments and balance of each job. • A sales receipt showing what was paid and what is left, ready to send. YOUR CLIENTS AT HAND • Client list with company, phone, email and address. • Quote history per client and a one-tap WhatsApp chat. MADE FOR YOUR SHOP • English and Spanish, inches or centimeters, and your currency: dollars, pesos, euros and more. • Light and dark mode, and six app colors. • On iPad, a desktop layout with inputs and results side by side. • Backup to a single file, so you can switch phones without losing your data. • No accounts or servers: your data stays on your device. FREE AND PRO The calculator and gang sheets are free, and you get 5 new quotes every month. Cotiza DTF Pro makes them unlimited, adds the design image on the shirt and in the quote, exports gang sheets as PDF and removes the app branding. Choose the yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly subscription is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
