My Cookbook - Simplified
Tomas Windahl
A simple home for the recipes you want to keep. My Cookbook helps you collect favourite recipes on your iPhone. Write your own recipe or paste recipe text, add a photo and find it again by searching for a name or ingredient. CREATE A COOKBOOK TOGETHER Invite family or friends to the same cookbook. Everyone with editing permission can add recipes, update ingredients and improve instructions. Changes sync through iCloud. YOUR COOKBOOKS, YOUR WAY Create private cookbooks of your own and give them clear names. A new cookbook stays private until you invite someone. Choose “All cookbooks” to view and search recipes across every cookbook you have access to, or choose a single cookbook. Each recipe shows which cookbook it belongs to. Cookbooks and their sharing remain separate. Choose a cookbook before adding new recipes. PLAN YOUR WEEK’S MEALS Choose recipes from your cookbooks or write in your own meals. Organise the week’s dinners in a named meal plan and invite your family separately. Friends who share your recipes won’t see your family’s meal plan unless you also invite them to it. To open a recipe from the plan, participants also need access to the cookbook containing that recipe. SHARE A RECIPE Send a recipe’s text and optional photo using Mail, Messages or another app. The recipient does not need My Cookbook. • Organise recipes with multiple categories and filter your collection. • Save ingredients, instructions, photos and the recipe author. • Paste recipe text and review it before saving. • Search by recipe name or ingredient. • Read and edit saved recipes offline. • Light and dark appearance follows your phone settings. • Available in Swedish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Polish. One-time purchase. No subscriptions, advertising or in-app purchases. Shared cookbooks and syncing require iCloud and an internet connection. Each participant needs the app installed. Sharing an individual recipe by email or message does not require the recipient to have the app. Your own recipe text stays in the language you write it in.
