Mimicbox: Mimic Party Game
Matys Bouziane
Hear a meme sound. Copy it with your voice. Get scored. Mimic Box is the party game where everyone imitates the same viral sound, and the app decides who nailed it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Everyone hears the sound. 2. Everyone records their imitation at the same time. 3. Each take plays back and gets a score out of 100. 4. Vote for the funniest one and pick up bonus points. 5. Best total after the last round wins. The score is not random. Mimic Box listens to your rhythm, your pitch and the shape of your voice, then compares all of it to the original clip. When you get close, you see it straight away. TWO WAYS TO PLAY One phone: pass it around the table, everyone takes their turn on the same device. Several phones: create a room, share the code, everyone plays from their own screen. SOUND PACKS Hundreds of sounds sorted into packs: classic internet memes, gaming, French memes and more. Pick one pack or mix several before you start. GOOD FOR Parties, pregames, family dinners, long car rides, sleepovers, break time, and any moment where someone says there is nothing to do. 2 to 6 players. No account needed.
