Stone’s Throw is a private, map-first home for every place worth remembering. Save restaurants, shops, landmarks, trip ideas, and hidden gems; organize them into collections; and turn a group of stops into your next route. SAVE PLACES YOUR WAY • Share a place directly from Google Maps or Apple Maps • Paste a maps link • Add a place manually • Import Google My Maps KML and KMZ exports ORGANIZE AND EXPLORE • See saved places on an interactive map • Group places into collections • Add favorites, tags, notes, and links • Find saved places near your current location • Search across names, addresses, notes, websites, and tags PLAN THE NEXT OUTING • Select stops in route order • Start from your location or return to your first stop • Send the route to Google Maps • Open individual directions in Google Maps or Apple Maps SHARE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Create a temporary collection link for friends. Shared links expire after seven days, and recipients can preview the collection before importing it. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your saved places, collections, preferences, and visit information stay on your device unless you explicitly create a share link. Stone’s Throw does not require an account and does not use your location for advertising. Google Maps Platform is used to display maps. Google and Apple Maps remain responsible for route calculation and directions in their respective apps.
