Obrazcov Vhod
Payhome is the resident app of Obrazcov Vhod, a professional building management company in Bulgaria. It gives owners and tenants a clear, always-available view of their building and their own account. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your balance — what has been charged, what you have paid, and what is still due, in both BGN and EUR. • Follow your building's finances — the entrance cash balance, monthly income and expenses, and where the money goes. • Review your account month by month, with the full payment history behind every figure. • Report a problem — a broken lift, a burnt-out light, a leak — and follow its progress until it is closed. • Vote in general assemblies and take part in polls without attending in person. • Read announcements from your building manager as they are published. • Manage several properties from one account, each with its own account and balance. FOR WHOM The app is for residents of buildings managed by Obrazcov Vhod. Your access details come from your building manager. If you have not received them, contact the office — the app cannot create an account for a building it does not manage. The interface is entirely in Bulgarian, as the service is offered on the Bulgarian market. ABOUT THE COMPANY Obrazcov Vhod has been managing residential buildings in Sofia for over fifteen years.
