e-yenişehir Zoning Guide
Ebamuslum Dogan
e-yenişehir is an INDEPENDENT, privately developed information and guide app. It has no connection to Arnavutköy Municipality, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, any ministry, the "Yenişehir" project or any other official institution; it does not represent any of them and does not provide services on their behalf. The app is developed and published by the individual software developer Ebamüslüm Doğan. WHAT IT DOES Using the publicly available 1/1000-scale zoning plan of the Arnavutköy Yenişehir (Kanal Istanbul) area in Istanbul, Türkiye, it shows on a satellite map which new parcels and which land-use type (residential, commercial, industrial, tourism, green area, etc.) your old block/parcel corresponds to, and prepares an informational PDF summary. WHY e-yenişehir? • Instant results — data is on-device, queries work even offline • Color-coded plan view on a satellite map and a 3D surroundings view • PDF summary — save and share your result • 8 languages: Turkish, English, Arabic, German, Spanish, Persian, French, Russian • Land listings + buyer request form • First queries FREE FOR WHOM? Land buyers, sellers, real-estate agents, investors and developers. "Look before you buy, look before you sell." IMPORTANT Results are for information only; this is NOT an official "zoning status certificate" and does not replace one. For official procedures contact the relevant municipality. The app does not ask for sensitive data such as ID, financial, health or location history; signing in with Apple or Google is enough for an account.
