1. APP FUNCTIONALITY Assexmarkets is the official mobile app for a forex and CFD brokerage. After login, users manage MetaTrader 5 trading accounts, view balances and equity, deposit funds via Korapay, withdraw to bank accounts with email OTP verification, transfer between wallet and accounts, view trade history, manage their profile, and contact support. Account registration, login, and account deletion are all available. Account deletion is in Settings > Delete Account, which submits a verified deletion request to our support team. 2. PURPOSE AND TARGET AUDIENCE The app serves adult retail traders (17+) who hold accounts with the brokerage. It provides mobile account management and fund operations for existing clients. 3. SETUP AND ACCESS Use the demo credentials above. On launch, tap Sign In and enter the credentials. The dashboard shows account balances and equity. All features are accessible from the bottom navigation and the Settings screen. 4. EXTERNAL SERVICES - Uptrader: white-label CRM, authentication, and trading backend - MetaTrader 5: trading platform - Korapay: payment processor for deposits - All network communication uses standard HTTPS/TLS 5. REGIONAL DIFFERENCES The app functions consistently across all regions. Deposit and withdrawal methods may vary by the user's country based on payment processor support, but all core features are identical everywhere. 6. AUTHORIZATION The app is operated by the brokerage entity. Supporting business documentation is can be provided.
