RouteDrop - Request A Ride
Lumo Technologies Limited
RouteDrop brings rides and food delivery together in one easy-to-use app. Request a ride in just a few taps, order from local restaurants, choose how you want to pay and stay informed throughout your journey or delivery. Whether you’re travelling across town, heading to work, meeting friends, planning a trip in advance or ordering your favourite meal, RouteDrop helps you get where you’re going and get what you need. Food delivery Browse restaurants available in your area, explore menus, customise your order and choose delivery or pickup where available. Follow your order from the moment the restaurant accepts it, through preparation and courier pickup, all the way to delivery. Live delivery tracking Stay updated as your restaurant prepares your order and follow your courier as they travel from the restaurant to your delivery location where live tracking is available. Upfront ride fares See your fare before requesting a ride. RouteDrop shows the trip price upfront so you know what to expect before confirming. Request rides easily Enter your pickup and destination, choose your preferred ride option and request a nearby driver in just a few taps. Automatic driver matching Once you request a ride, RouteDrop automatically searches for nearby eligible drivers. When a driver accepts, you’ll be connected and can follow their progress to your pickup location. Ride options Choose from available ride categories based on your journey, passenger needs and availability in your market. Flexible payment options Depending on your location and service, available payment methods may include card, cash or RouteDrop Wallet. Track your journey Follow your driver, pickup, route and trip progress directly in the app from acceptance through to your destination. Schedule rides in advance Plan eligible journeys ahead of time where scheduled rides are available. Safety and support View important driver, vehicle and trip information, access safety features and contact RouteDrop support when needed. Drive and deliver with RouteDrop Drivers can apply through the app, complete verification, manage their documents, go online, receive ride and delivery opportunities, complete trips and deliveries, view earnings and activity, and manage their driver account from the same RouteDrop app. RouteDrop availability, restaurants, ride types, delivery services, payment methods and features may vary by location.
