Secret Sauna Club
Slovak Sauna Community
Secret Sauna Club is a members-only sauna club in Bratislava, run by the association Slovak Sauna Community, o. z. The app is your way into the Club: from the first sign-in through the membership application to bookings and entry. Logging in is not membership yet; the Club decides on admission. Signing in creates a Club Account, and you can then apply for membership. The programme, prices and bookings open only to admitted members. WHAT ADMITTED MEMBERS GET • Club programme: Sauna Sessions (open sauna) and Event Sessions – rituals, music, community. • Visit booking: choose your arrival time and how long you stay; programme events are booked for a specific date. • Tickets with a QR code and a short-lived entry QR code when you arrive at the Club. • Membership: monthly plans CLUB, RITUAL, CORE and UNLIMITED; renewals and plan changes are managed in the app. • Club Balance: euros, not points – top-ups, movements and validity; applied automatically at checkout. • Gift voucher: a fixed value the recipient redeems in their own Club Account. • Facilitators: profiles, following and announcements. You can propose your own event; the Club always approves it before it is published. • Who else is coming: profile visibility is off by default. If you switch it on, other members see only your nickname, photo and element – never your contact details. • Notifications: a reminder before your session, a free seat on a session you follow, facilitator announcements. You choose every channel yourself. SIGN-IN Sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook or a one-time e-mail link – no password. The same account works on secretsaunaclub.app and in the app; membership and bookings are shared. RULES AND PAYMENTS Membership of Slovak Sauna Community, o. z. is open to adults aged 18 and over. Payments in the app cover membership, visits and services provided in person at the Club at Vajnorská 135, Bratislava; they are processed by Stripe. The Club is alcohol-free. Cancellation terms, Club Balance and profile visibility are described in How the Club works and in the Terms and Conditions.
