Flexova doesn't forbid any food. It does the math for you. It calculates what you burn, logs what you eat and what you lift, and tells you what it means. No lists of forbidden foods and no medals for being good. LOGGING IS FAST Type what you ate the way you'd tell someone —"stewed chicken, a cup and a half of rice and two patacones"— and the macros come out. You can also snap a photo of your plate, search a catalog with real Panamanian food, or save your own recipes to log them in one tap. YOUR PLAN, WITH YOUR NUMBERS Menus that fit your calories and macros, one for training days and another for rest days. Every ingredient tells you how to weigh it, because a hundred grams of raw rice is almost three hundred cooked, and that's where the math goes wrong. TRAINING WITH PROGRESSION Your routine based on your days and your experience. When you start each exercise it tells you what weight to use today and why, looking at what you did last time. The weight goes up when you completed the rep range, not just because. Every exercise comes with an animation so you can see the technique. YOUR BODY OVER TIME Weight with a trend line —the scale goes up and down every day and that isn't progress—, measurements, side-by-side photo comparisons, and a reading of your InBody sheet if you got measured. WORKS OFFLINE Your plan, your routines and the exercise videos are saved on your phone. Anything you log without a connection is uploaded automatically when the signal comes back. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO It doesn't give you calories back for working out: your expenditure already includes them, and counting them twice is the mistake that ruins a deficit. It doesn't make up numbers: when it lacks the data to know something, it says so instead of filling the gap. Flexova requires an account. You create it in the app with your name, email and password. THE SUBSCRIPTION Flexova comes with a 14-day free trial, with everything unlocked and no payment method required. After that, the subscription is purchased inside the app: weekly, monthly or yearly, at the price the App Store shows in your currency and with any applicable taxes. It renews automatically until you cancel it from your Apple account's subscriptions, at least one day before the next charge, and you keep access until the end of what you already paid for.
