SprayClarity: Spray Weather
Dadny Eugenio Grijalva Chavarria
Your ideal spray window, hour by hour. SprayClarity turns your field's weather into a clear verdict (green, amber or red) for every hour, calculated for YOUR application method and YOUR field. Built for spraying and field application: agricultural drone pilots, ground sprayer operators, backpack and motorized mistblower applicators, and mapping drone pilots — in crops and forestry. A VERDICT PER HOUR, NOT JUST DATA Most weather apps give you numbers. SprayClarity interprets them: it crosses sustained wind and gusts, direction, temperature, humidity, Delta-T (droplet evaporation), temperature inversion, rain and even the Kp geomagnetic index (drone GPS), and tells you whether the hour is suitable, caution or not suitable for your method. Wind combines three international weather models (ECMWF, GFS and ICON) and tempers gusts on nights with temperature inversion. 5 METHODS, EACH WITH ITS OWN PHYSICS • Agricultural spray drone — wind at 10 m, drift, Kp/GPS • Ground boom sprayer — more tolerant thresholds • Manual backpack sprayer — includes operator heat stress • Motorized mistblower — the strictest against drift • Mapping drone — wind at 120 m, sunlight and cloud cover for even orthomosaics REAL TEMPERATURE INVERSION The silent cause of drift onto neighboring fields. SprayClarity detects it from the temperature gradient between 2 and 80 meters — not from guesswork.
