IMPERIA THE1 is a training, nutrition and recovery system by coach Aram Elbakyan. Not a pile of exercises, but a plan: what to do today, with what weight, how long to rest and what to change next week. TRAINING PROGRAMS • THE 4×4 — four workouts a week, 12 weeks, four phases. • THE 1:1 — full body three times a week, 12 weeks, alternating A and B weeks. • THE RUN — from walking to running in 8 weeks. • Morning mobility — 5 minutes for your spine and joints. Every exercise has a coach video: technique, why it matters, the main beginner mistake. GYM SESSION • Working weight suggestions: the app remembers your past sets and sets today's target. • Rest timer, set and rep tracking, supersets. • Machine taken? Swap to an exercise for the same muscle group in two taps. • Heart rate from Apple Watch or a Bluetooth sensor right on the set screen. CARDIO • Outdoor runs and walks by GPS or on a treadmill, heart rate zones, voice cues from the coach. • A plan adjusted to the weather and how you feel. NUTRITION AND DATA • Recipes and a meal plan. • Weight and body measurements, program checkpoints, before / after comparison. • Apple Health sync: steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts. 8 MODULES Discipline, mindset, training, nutrition, hormones, biohacking, nervous system, recovery. Video lessons and audio podcasts from the coach. Content is in Russian. MENTOR Chat with an AI mentor trained on Aram's method: answers on training, nutrition and recovery based on your data. You decide what data to share before the first message. SUBSCRIPTION Basic unlocks all programs, modules and sessions. Pro adds extended mentoring.
