Blockset builds a gym plan made for you and gets your phone out of the way while you train. Answer a few questions (your days, your equipment, anything that hurts and your goal) and you get a routine built for you, not a template. YOUR DREAM PHYSIQUE, AREA BY AREA Upload a photo of the physique you want. The AI tells you which areas you need to work on and an estimated time to get there. These are rough estimates, not a clinical measurement. TEAR IT AND TRAIN Every workout starts with its ticket: today's session, printed and ready. YOUR FOOD, WITH A PHOTO Snap your plate and it's logged with its estimated calories and protein. You can also type it. ZERO DISTRACTIONS WHILE YOU TRAIN Pick the apps that distract you and they lock by themselves until you finish. It uses Apple's Screen Time, and we can't see which apps you pick.
