PlayPinDrop
William Watkins
Five real places a day. One unlabeled map. How close can you get? PlayPinDrop names a place, shows you a map with no labels and no borders to help, and asks you to drop a pin where you think it is. You score by distance. A perfect pin is 200 points, a perfect day is 1,000, and the whole thing takes about two minutes. Everyone in the world gets the same five places on the same day. TWELVE DAILY GAMES The world game is the flagship. Alongside it: Cities. Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, where the answers are neighbourhoods, restaurants and corners locals argue about. Regions. Ireland and the UK, in kilometres, at country scale. Sports. Pin the stadium where a famous moment happened, in college football, US pro sports and European football. Acquired. Places from the business-history podcast, for people who already know the stories Wayfinder. A daily expedition on an antique map, where the journey is the clue. STREAKS THAT SURVIVE A BAD DAY Play daily and build a streak in every game separately. Earn a Streak Shield and it will bridge one missed day for you, so one late night does not undo a month. PLAY WITH PEOPLE YOU KNOW Make a private group, share the invite link, and everyone plays the same five places. The leaderboard settles who actually knows maps and who just talks about it. EVERY DAY YOU MISSED IS STILL THERE The full archive is open. Play any past day, in any game, whenever you like. Practice mode gives you unlimited rounds with no effect on your streak. FREE The daily games, the archive, practice, streaks and groups are all free. An optional ad-free subscription removes ads if you would rather not see them. No account needed to play. Sign in if you want your streak and history to follow you between your phone and the web. Two minutes a day. See how much of the world you can actually place. PlayPinDrop Ad-Free is an optional auto-renewable subscription that removes every ad from every game. Available as a monthly or a yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Privacy Policy: https://playpindrop.app/privacy Terms of Use (EULA): https://playpindrop.app/terms
