Local searches use only the location you manually enter, require no device-location permission and are not saved by the app. Choosing a map search sends that location and category to Google Maps in an external app or browser. Resource and register links open without your entered location. External services have their own privacy terms. Purchases use native store billing and our existing online purchase-verification service; records and journals have no cloud storage.
