Ajarat اجارات Property Manager
Bilal Alqawasmi
Ajarat is a complete property & rental management app, built for landlords and property managers who want full control of their portfolio from their phone. Why Ajarat? Because scattered notebooks and spreadsheets don't tell you who's late on rent — and won't remind you about tomorrow's cheque. Ajarat does. ■ Properties & units Organize buildings, apartments, shops and warehouses with photos, addresses and per-property occupancy. ■ Contracts & tenants Flexible schedules: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual — or fully manual. A customizable contract template per property, plus signed-contract capture: photograph the pages and they become a single PDF automatically. ■ Payments & collection A clear collection board: collected, overdue and upcoming at a glance. Split payments into installments, record partial payments, apply discounts, and share polished receipts via WhatsApp in one tap. ■ Reminders that never sleep Notifications for today's dues and overdue payments, plus one-tap WhatsApp reminders to late tenants — individually or in bulk. ■ Cheques, full lifecycle Pending, cleared, bounced — with cheque photos, due dates and alerts before they're due. Link a cheque to a payment or record it as standalone income. ■ Cash box & finances Per-property cash and bank accounts, opening balances, transfers between accounts, and a movement breakdown that explains every fils. Custom expense categories, scheduled recurring expenses, off-rent income, official journal numbers and invoices. ■ Partners & owners Register owners and partners with their shares, and distribute profits precisely — with a confirmation card before any money moves. ■ Property sharing Share a property with a partner or delegate with permissions you choose: full access, read-only, or hidden amounts — everyone sees only what you allow. ■ Professional reports & export Financial summaries and portfolio-health indicators, bilingual branded Excel export with dropdowns, and share-ready PDF documents. ■ Your data, protected Encrypted cloud sync across your devices on EU servers, strict per-user isolation, full backup export & restore, and an audit log of every change. Native Arabic (RTL) and full English interface — switch anytime. Download Ajarat today and organize your portfolio once and for all.
