Taxio: Taxi Income & Expense
David Martin Sierra
Taxio is the daily bookkeeping app for taxi drivers and fleet owners. Log every ride and every shift in seconds, keep your expenses under control, and always know the real take-home for your day, your week, your month or your quarter — before your accountant asks for it. FOR DRIVERS - Log rides and full shifts in a couple of taps, with your net already worked out. - Track expenses: fuel, maintenance, insurance, fees. - Compare weeks and months: what you make, what you spend, what you actually keep. - Export PDF and Excel reports ready for your accountant, by day, week or month. - Home screen widget with today's net always in view. - Routes: optionally save each shift's GPS route and see it on a map with your rides, or on a heat map of where you earn most (PRO). FOR FLEET OWNERS - Manage several drivers from a single account. - See how each driver and the whole fleet are performing. - Consolidated reports by driver, week or month. - All your fleet's earnings in one place. - See on a map the shifts of drivers who choose to share them with you (PRO). Taxio syncs securely with your account. Using it is free; if you want the PRO features, pick the monthly or yearly plan, as a driver or as a fleet owner. Distance comes from the odometer readings you enter or, with Routes on, from GPS. GPS is optional: it only records while a shift is open, and only if you turn it on. No ads. No third-party platform logos or data. Just your numbers, clear and up to date.
