Mentora: Padel Coach Planner
Luis Isasi
Mentora is the scheduling app for padel coaches and academies: classes, students and clubs in one place. With the app, your students get reminders and confirm on their own. FOR COACHES • Set your hours at each club where you teach. • Add students to your schedule even if they don't have the app. Send them their link whenever you want. • Create a link for a class and send it to the group: each student confirms their spot with one tap. • The day before, see who confirmed. Message the rest on WhatsApp with one tap, with the text already written. • Share your free slots in your Instagram story or WhatsApp status, with a link to book. • One-off or weekly classes, on one or more days, at a different time each day if needed. FOR YOUR STUDENTS • They see your free slots and request a class without messaging you. • They get a reminder the day before and an hour before every class. • They confirm attendance and ask to reschedule from the app. FOR ACADEMIES Several coaches, several clubs, one schedule. The academy sets its hours, books each student with their coach and follows the next day's confirmations. Write to us and we'll set it up with you.
