RestPad is built for intentional downtime: log a nap or quiet reset with duration chips, wake tags, and optional voice capture when you want a spoken cue instead of typing. Pulseboard turns your week into readable charts so you can spot patterns without judgement—completion blends for habits and frequency cues for rest sessions. Exports can save recap images to your Photos library when you allow access. Microphone, camera, and photo library are requested only when you choose those actions. Lusno keeps entries on device.
