Your workouts become battles. Every set you log strikes a monster, the last set of each exercise is a boss, and finishing your workout levels up the companion who fights beside you. Underneath the game is a full gym tracker: routines, per-set weight and reps, rest timers, PRs, body-weight tracking, history. The RPG is the reason you'll actually open it on the days you don't feel like training. YOUR COMPANION Adopt a dragon, a direwolf, or a winged temple cat. It fights next to you during every workout, grows stronger as you do, and waits in its lair between sessions. Feed it, pet it, build your bond, unlock furniture for its home. EVERY SET IS A STRIKE Damage = weight x reps, so heavier sets hit harder. Beat the weight you lifted last time and you land a crit. Foes come themed to the muscles you're training, and every workout ends with a boss. LOOT, GEAR, AND THE FORGE Fallen foes drop loot. Equip weapons and armor on your character sheet, forge duplicates into upgrades, and watch your companion throw your equipped weapon at whatever stands in front of it. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, GAMIFIED The app remembers every weight you've lifted and shows the exact +5 lb that turns your next set into a crit. Plateau coaching built into the loop, no spreadsheet required. EXPEDITIONS Between workouts, send your companion adventuring across hand-crafted pixel-art islands. It explores live on screen while you rest. Tap to collect what it finds: coins for the shop, food and drinks to keep it fed and happy.
