HOW IT WORKS Each spot goes through multiple layers of geographic analysis: Location (OpenStreetMap) → Terrain (slope and elevation) → Regulations (MITECO, Cadastre, official gazettes) → Aerial photo (image analysis on PNOA orthophoto) → Context (noise, buildings, views, privacy) → Land use (CORINE) → Access and van rating.
