No Sugar Diary is a habit journal app that helps you record change and stay consistent. Here, "sugar" does not have to mean only food. It can also stand for any urge or habit you want to reduce, resist, or gradually quit. You can give it your own label, such as sugar, milk tea, staying up late, scrolling, gaming, or anything else you want to regain control over. You can use it to: - Create your own habit label - Record whether you stayed on track each day - Track streaks and total counts - Write down your feelings and changes - Look back on your progress over time - Generate shareable cards for each step forward - Add text, image, and voice entries - Optionally enable local offline AI companion replies - Sync selected progress data with Apple Watch No Sugar Diary is more like a personal record of staying with yourself. It helps you notice urges, track fluctuations, and keep every small success and every fresh start. Great for tracking: - Quitting sugar - Drinking less milk tea - Snacking less - Staying up less late - Spending less time scrolling - Playing fewer games - Any lifestyle habit you want to change gradually Notes: - This app is for personal habit tracking, self-observation, and daily encouragement. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or professional health guidance. - Your diary entries and records stay on your device by default. If you enable local offline AI, replies and generation are designed to run on your device whenever possible. - The AI feature requires decent device performance. It is only supported on iPhone 13 or newer, and iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini, and iPad released in 2021 or later with at least 6GB of RAM. Not available on older devices.
