Kiki is a community of people in their mid 20s to early 30s living in London who share their homes with each other. Thousands of members list their homes while they're away travelling. Most have never hosted before. They're opening up their space for the first time, to someone they actually trust. Every member is vouched for by someone already in the community before they can join. Our homes are across East London in Islington, Angel, Shoreditch, Hackney, Dalston, Haggerston, De Beauvoir and Highbury. South in Clapham and Battersea. South West in Fulham, Notting Hill and West Kensington. The kinds of places you'd actually want to live. These hosts only list on Kiki, so you won't find their homes anywhere else. Hosts list at their actual rent, not to make a profit. So our homes are about a fifth of the price of Airbnb or a hotel, and they're wayyyy nicer. Rooms from £30 a night, whole places from £65. No hidden fees. Stays run from three nights to two months, most are around two weeks. Guests often leave homes cleaner than they found them, leave notes, leave gifts. And the best part? So many of our hosts, their flatmates and guests end up becoming really good friends. We've had people find their whole friend group in London just from a Kiki stay.
