Review detected pipe ends, correct the count, estimate bundle weight and export results to share with your team. Built for warehouse teams, pipe suppliers, steel yards and construction crews, Pipe Counter helps you check incoming deliveries, count inventory and prepare outgoing shipments. COUNT PIPES FROM PHOTOS Take a photo or choose one from your photo library. Count the full image or select a counting area to focus on the bundle you need. Visual markers show which pipe ends were detected so you can check the result against the photo. • Focus on one bundle when several appear in the image • Exclude nearby stock or unwanted areas • Adjust detection confidence and marker appearance • Count visible pipe ends in stacked pipes and tube bundles REVIEW AND CORRECT YOUR COUNT Check the markers before saving your result. Add markers for missed pipes, remove incorrect detections, or move and resize markers when needed. You stay in control of the final count. ESTIMATE PIPE BUNDLE WEIGHT Use the pipe weight calculator to estimate total weight from your count and pipe specifications. • Enter the length of one pipe • Calculate using pipe dimensions and material • Use a supported standard pipe size • Enter a known weight per foot or per meter from your supplier • View estimated total weight and total pipe length Weight is calculated from your inputs or selected reference values. It is not measured from the photo. Manufacturing tolerances, coatings and material differences can affect actual weight. SAVE INVENTORY CHECKS Name your results and keep them in your scan history for later reference. Reopen saved scans to review counts from warehouse stock checks, incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments. EXPORT PDF, CSV AND IMAGE REPORTS Keep a record of your results and share it with coworkers, suppliers or customers. • PDF: Export a report for reviewing and sharing your count • CSV: Export detection data, including marker coordinates and confidence scores • Image: Export the photo with detection markers Share exported files through email, messaging and other compatible apps on your device. COUNT PIPES OFFLINE Pipe detection runs on your device without an internet connection, so you can count in warehouses, storage yards and job sites with poor reception. Your photos are not uploaded for cloud-based pipe detection. GET A CLEARER RESULT Use a sharp photo with the pipe ends clearly visible. Lighting, overlap and hidden pipe ends can affect detection.
