I am a solo dev and I’ve been a Sudoku lover for years, but lately, finding a good app has felt more like solving a puzzle itself - and not the fun kind. I was tired of subscriptions. And why does a puzzle app need to track my location or share my data with advertisers? There is visual noise like flashing banners and "collect 100 gems" pop-ups that break my focus. I just want my coffee and a Sudoku. Call me a grumpy old man, but that isn't much to ask for! I wanted a "Zen" experience. So, I built it myself.
