Understand your reports Upload documents and reports, ask about unfamiliar terms and discuss the results in a conversation. Keep separate profiles Create profiles for yourself and your loved ones. Confirm who information belongs to before organizing it under a profile. Continue with your history Ask new questions using saved health information and earlier reports. Find previous records within a conversation. Manage reminders Manage medication and follow-up reminders from a conversation or the reminders screen. Notifications require permission and an internet connection. Sign in with Google or Apple Access your account through the redesigned sign-in screen. Export your data or request account deletion from your profile settings. DocRise is for information and personal tracking. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or replace a healthcare professional's assessment. AI responses can contain errors; discuss health decisions with your doctor.
