A fully fledged calculator and recipe manager for making laminated doughs and laminated products - specifically croissants, pain au chocolate etc. Store and use multiple recipes - the app will use Baker's Math to calculate your ingredients based on flour weight, or lamination butter weight, or the number of pieces that need to be made. The number of layers, folding sequence, croissant dimensions, nutritional information are all calculated and allow for multiple variations to compare outcomes. Proofing guidance for temperature and elevation are calculated and displayed. Desired Dough Temperature (DDT) and mixer Friction Factor are calculated. An optional AI powered crumb analyzer is included. A new cost calculator is a game changer, as is a full process planner, and a recipe analyzer.
