Metriq: Races & Step Challenge
Parlee Ventures LLC
Metriq turns everyday movement into a game you play with friends, family, and coworkers. Connect Apple Health and compete on steps, distance, calories, flights, exercise minutes, and streaks so consistency finally sticks. Why Metriq works • Social pressure that helps you show up • Clear goals, visible progress, and streak mechanics • Friendly competition that's actually fun Core features • Leaderboards: live standings for every competition, updated automatically from Apple Health. • Four formats: Ranked, Race, Mission, and Streak. Create your own or join a friend's. • Streaks: protect your streak with gentle daily reminders. • Groups: run private competitions with friends, family, or coworkers, with a single invite link. • Progress: today's rings and weekly charts. • Recaps: every finished competition gets a results card you can share. • Home screen widgets: your standings and today's progress at a glance. • Apple Health integration: reads steps, distance, active energy, flights climbed, and exercise minutes to power scores and leaderboards, plus stand hours if you turn on activity sharing. Privacy-first Your Apple Health data is read on your device. Only daily totals are sent to Metriq: the ones needed to score your competitions (for example, your step count for the day) and, only if you turn on activity sharing, the ones your friends see. They are never sold or shared with advertisers. Metriq Pro (optional) Metriq is free to use.
