SoundsFit is made for lifters, gym users, HIIT sessions, mobility work, quick starts, and anyone who wants training and music to stay together. ◼ Build and organize routines • Create custom routines from exercise blocks. • Set weight, reps, duration, total sets, and rest. • Add notes, custom exercises, and optional exercise images. • Sort and filter your routine library by muscle, repeat day, name, sets, exercises, or recent additions. • Use guided templates, then Remix them into editable copies while the originals stay safe. • Schedule routines by date or repeat days. • Use Quick Start when you want to train now and save the session as a routine later. ◼ Routine Player • Follow clear Set and Rest screens with progress, timers, skip controls, and auto-advance for timed sets. • Play Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, or local audio files during sets and rests. • Choose whether audio restarts or continues across Set ↔ Rest when the same track is assigned. • Use Metronome Mode when you want a steady click instead of music. • During rest, log your last set and adjust the next set goal before you continue. ◼ Fast logging and results • Log weight, reps, duration, assist, rating, and notes. • Review targets vs. actuals, workout/rest/pause time, and per-exercise result cards. • Use Estimated 1RM and RPE guidance to understand effort and adjust future sets. • Keep a local Session Log archive with filters, sorting, reports, and cleanup tools. • Sync finished workout logs to Google Sheets in your own Google Drive. ◼ Guidance, videos and programs • Open exercise help and YouTube form videos from exercise selection or the Routine Player. • Use captions when a YouTube video provides them. • Replace a default exercise video with your preferred YouTube link or video ID. • Follow included guided programs such as Beginner Strength 5×5, EXOS / RAMP Movement Prep, and Classic 7-Minute Workout. ◼ Music Player and SoundsFit DJ • Build SoundsFit playlists from Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, and local files. • Rename, reorder, delete, shuffle, repeat, and scrub through tracks in the Music Player. • Apply playlists to a routine block, all blocks, sets, rests, or both. • Use SoundsFit DJ for training mixes, linked sleeves, liner notes, and playlist sharing into routines. • Use Cozy Record Shop for Pomodoro-style focus sessions. ◼ Insights for training and daily habits • Training Insights: muscle group overview, exercise trends, saved charts, top climbers, plateau watch, recent PRs, and most trained lifts. • Kcal Insights: set calorie and macro targets, build a food library, log foods and drinks, scan barcodes, set reminders, and review trends. • Hydration Insights: track daily hydration, caffeine, reminders, timeline events, goals, and trends. • Movement Insights: use Apple Health data for step goals, stride trends, active energy, pacing checkpoints, and movement planning. • Streaks: track workout days, step days, planned rest days, milestones, and rewards. ◼ Hub and help • Start from the Hub with today’s info, weekly routine schedule, shortcuts, weather or quote cards, and adaptive backgrounds when available. • Reopen built-in tutorial booklets from supported screens whenever you need help. NOTES • Spotify playback control requires Spotify Premium and the Spotify app. • YouTube playback is foreground-only and may pause when you lock your phone or leave SoundsFit. • Apple Health / HealthKit access is optional for some insights and required for Movement Insights.
