Tiệm Nhỏ Mây is a staff app for small cafés and drink shops. It helps your team take orders, confirm guest orders and keep the menu up to date, all from a phone. KEY FEATURES • Take orders: browse the menu, add toppings and notes, and place an order in seconds. • Guest orders: customers on the shop's Wi-Fi can order from their own phone by scanning a QR code. You see each request in the app and confirm or decline it, and you get a notification when one arrives. • Order management: follow today's orders in one list, with the customer's phone, pickup code and payment method (cash or bank transfer). • Menu management: add and edit products, categories and toppings, and set the display order. • Recipes: keep a drink recipe for every product so every cup is made the same way. • Reports: revenue by day and a view of your best-selling items. • Team and shops: manage staff accounts and roles, and switch between shops. • Activity history: every change is recorded, so you always know who did what. Access is for staff: accounts are created by the shop owner or manager.
