My app is designed to empower UK residents to take control of their health through better nutrition, reducing the burden of diet-related illness on the NHS. I became inspired to start this digital project first after I became a gran and wanted a simple to use application that everybody could use even teenagers. The staggering rates of obesity, diabetes, and other life-style related conditions in the UK. the app aims to make healthy eating accessible, practical, and sustainable for people from all ages and backgrounds .It is a tool to guide users towards small manageable changes that lead to long-term health improvements not short term fixes , this is a desire to contribute to a healthier society .The app generates tailored meals that priorities nutrient dense foods while accommodating cultural preferences in the UK.
