A clear record. Before every shift. WalkAround Checks helps truck and HGV drivers record daily vehicle inspections, document defects and prepare PDF reports for the truck owner. Keep checks, photographs and repair details together on your iPhone or iPad. COMPLETE YOUR WALKAROUND Work through guided checks for the outside of the vehicle, inside the cab, trailer and load. Record OK, Defect or N/A for each item, with space for the truck registration, trailer number, odometer and additional notes. DOCUMENT DEFECTS Describe the problem and attach a photo from your camera or photo library. Choose Needs attention or Do not drive to highlight the priority. Unresolved safety-critical defects are clearly flagged. RECORD RECTIFICATION Select Defects Rectified to capture the date and time. See rectification details in the inspection history preview, or add a dated repair note to the saved record. Original defect details remain available. KEEP YOUR HISTORY ORGANISED Save an unfinished check as a draft and return to it later. Tap or swipe right to edit a saved inspection. Swipe left to reveal the red Delete button, with confirmation before removal. See open defect counts at a glance. CREATE REPORTS THAT ARE READY TO SHARE View, share or print an individual inspection PDF, or export inspections for a selected date range. Reports include recorded checks, defect descriptions, photographs and rectification details. The WalkAround Checks logo is included by default; upload your own company logo in Settings. SET UP ONCE Save driver contact details, company information and vehicle defaults. Choose kilometres or miles for odometer readings. WORK WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Complete checks and store inspection records on your device without signing in. No Truckers app is required. Records saved in the previous version remain available in Previous inspection history. Built for a practical daily walkaround routine.
