Mindfulness and guided meditations Practices that help you slow down, become more present, and connect with the moment — in different lengths to suit your day. “Mindful Moments” offer brief invitations to pause and reconnect with yourself throughout the day. Mindset The proven “Three Good Things” exercise trains your mind to notice what’s going well in life. Strengths assessment and daily strengths practice Discover your unique strengths and learn to use them intentionally to feel more confident and energised. Social connection Simple reflections that help you focus on the people who matter and strengthen your social wellbeing. You can also add reminders to connect on a daily basis. DEVELOPED BY EXPERTS HappApp is created by wellbeing specialists in collaboration with the Directorate of Health in Iceland and is grounded in the science of positive psychology and mindfulness. It is part of the European JA MENTOR mental-health initiative and has been developed through international public-health collaboration.
