CSIDAssist is a mobile application built purposely to provide users transparency on USDA Global Branded Food Products, specifically focusing on sugar and starch contents. Features and functionality include: -Intuitive user interface -Supports light and dark mode -Nutritional data on over 450,000 USDA Global Branded Food Products -Nutritional data on 450 Whole Foods including details on sucrose, fructose, glucose, lactose, and maltose -Access to USDA data does NOT require internet connection -Search for food items using keywords or a UPC barcode -Sucrose and other sugar ingredient detection -Calculated metrics on carbs, sugars, and starches -Customizable serving size -Ability to save favorite foods to device -Users can add their own foods and/or recipes
