The Reader application is intended for clients of Raiffeisen Bank. It serves to confirm operations in Internet banking of Raiffeisen banka. Complete information as well as the scope and terms of use of the Reader can be found at www.raiffeisen.sk. - By scanning the face and ID card directly in the Reader application. For activation, it is necessary to have the client number, a valid SR ID card and an SMS code sent to the phone number registered in the bank. - In person at the branch. - By phone via Infolink. The Reader requires an Internet connection for activation and updating. Subsequently, it can also be used offline. During activation, the Reader prompts the user to set a login password and to set a fingerprint for more convenient login. The current version of the Reader application is available for devices with the iOS 14.0 operating system and higher.
