<Important> • This app does not measure blood pressure. It is for logging and management only. • Requires Apple Health. iPad use requires iPadOS 17 or later. • Entered data is saved to Health and retrieved to display in calendars, charts, and reports. Please grant access to Health when launching the app. <Features> • Log blood pressure (systolic/diastolic) and heart rate on Apple Watch. Values can be easily entered using the Digital Crown. • View recent history (about one week) on Apple Watch. • Add records with a specified date and time (blood pressure and heart rate). ※ • Import past data from Health and display it monthly in calendars and charts. ※ • Visualize trends: daily changes over a month, hourly changes in a day, and weekly patterns by weekday. ※ • Overlay blood pressure targets on charts (configurable in Settings). ※ • Generate monthly PDF reports with charts. ※ • Export monthly data in CSV format. ※ • Receive reminders the next day at the same time to encourage logging. • All data is centrally managed in Health across Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad. ※ iPhone / iPad only
