Welcome to "Rumpfzirkel" - a core strength training program that was developed in Switzerland by two physical therapists. Rumpfzirkel in English means “core circuit“. It’s a highly effective and efficient exercise program fully-customizable to your level of fitness. A strong and stable core is the basis of healthy posture. In addition, core strength benefits all your daily physical activities. In each lap of this self-paced circuit you will fully and systematically work each muscle group within and surrounding your core. The only equipment needed is a workout mat. This program is designed for individual use, or as part of a supervised physical therapy program. Even trained athletes will benefit from the Rumpfzirkel circuit.
