Damp & mould risk assessment The Colemanator APP is intended to be used by building surveyors, home inspectors, drying specialists, landlords and even homeowners to determine air quality in circumstances where damp, mould and condensation are considered a problem. Using just a few user supplied details the APP calculates the psychrometric properties of the air and evaluates the air quality using parameters provided in an ‘Indoor Air Quality Matrix’ (IAQM) The Matrix provides smart data driven analysis which will assist the user in determining whether the air quality is good or bad and provide an aid to the diagnosis of condensation and mould.
