The AW Center app helps you maximise your workouts! Capture all your fitness activities into our easy to access app and turn it into engaging and motivating insights. Features include: Workout Tracking - Entry of workout data in and out of the facility, either automatically with a wearable, via xCapture, or manually entered. Training Plans - Optimal workouts with plans provided by your facility or trainer Activity Levels - Motivation and encouragement as you achieve higher levels Challenges - Time-based challenges offering kudos, activity points and rewards Schedules - View, manage, and book classes ... and much more!
