Then design your ideal self and life: uncover the beliefs and deep needs behind your emotions, and define your values, boundaries, and ideal life. Self-regulation: Settle the wave. Drop anchor and calm your mind and body in the moment. Then rewrite the beliefs driving it, through self-talk and action, and build new mental habits in their place. The result: a clearer, calmer way of living with yourself, and a fresh look at the patterns that keep showing up. The relationships that keep going wrong. The opportunities you talk yourself out of.
