Premium Plan Terms and Conditions 1- Agreement By subscribing to the premium plan offered by Penka, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. 2- Subscription and Payment 2.1 Subscription Fee: The Plan requires a recurring subscription fee as specified in the App Store at the time of subscription. 2.2 Payment Method: Subscribers must provide a valid payment method. 2.3 Fee Changes: Penka reserves the right to modify subscription fees, which will be communicated to subscribers in advance. 3- Billing and Renewal 3.1 Billing Cycle: The subscription fee will be billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.) starting from the subscription date. 3.2 Automatic Renewal: The Plan will automatically renew unless canceled by the subscriber.
