The Mobile App would seek to allow our members to pay bills, pay their loans, FIP, Insurance etc. at the Credit Union along with transferring funds within their account. Transfers would also be possible between member accounts i.e. transfers from one member to another both with accounts at the Credit Union. The App should be able to allow members to make check withdrawal& embassy letters requests, print statements, etc. It would be good to have the App allow mobile top-ups and Surepay payments. Currently, St. Lucia Workers’ Credit Union processes bill payments for our members using Surepay. We have a service contract in effect.
