Replenish Me is built on an algorithm (works on data obtained from Apple Health, in case if access to them is provided) that adapts your daily goal based on how active you are during the day. After all, you lose fluid during activities, and this is exactly what you need to consider to replenish the water balance of your body! Use the app to check your daily water goal. Write down what you drink. See brief statistics not only in the application, but also using the widget on the desktop. And as a bonus, use the app on your Apple Watch if you don't have an iPhone handy.
