Please note: Use of the app is strictly reserved for employees whose company subscribes to the Teamupp service. The Teamupp app helps improve team spirit and health and reduce absenteeism in the workplace. When a company subscribes to Teamupp, every employee has access to the app on their phone. The principle is to reward employees who take care of themselves through a points-based challenge. To earn points, users can suggest sports activities (internal company social network). They can also watch videos and do exercises, such as warm-ups at work, hand massages, office stretches, etc.
